The actions that can be performed on forms are different, depending on the mode that the library is opened in: Selection Mode or Browse Mode.

Additionally, a pop-up actions toolbar appears, when you hover over a Form entry in the Forms Table.

The following actions can be performed in Selection Mode (available actions may depend on your access rights and site configuration):

Action

Description

Details

Opens the Form Details screen with information about the form.

Delete Item

Removes this form from the server. (Availability of this action may depend on your access rights.)

Add to Favorites

Adds selected forms to the list of Form Favorites. An Add to Favorites pop-up window is opened.

The following actions can be performed in Selection Mode:

Description

Select

Adds selected forms to the Work Item and returns to the Work Item screen.

Cancel

Returns to the Work Item screen.

Create New

Creates a new electronic PDF form. A new Form Details window is opened.

Add to Favorites

Adds selected forms to the list of Form Favorites. An Add to Favorites pop-up window is opened.

The following actions can be performed in Browse Mode:

Action

Description

New Forms

Creates a new electronic PDF form. A new Form Details window is opened.

Export

Exports the list of selected forms and values in the respective fields.
Note. The actual content of the forms (PDF files or images) is not exported.

Add New

This button is not used for Forms.

Barcode

Creates a Barcoded Cover Sheet for the selected forms, which can then be saved and printed.

Create WI

Creates a new Work Item that contains the selected forms.

Customize Report

Opens the Docupace Report Builder , which allows to change the search fields and the table columns in the Forms Library View.

Add to Favorites

Adds selected forms to the list of Form Favorites. An Add to Favorites pop-up window is opened.
