If required, the document can be present within both accounts. Alternatively, you can remove the document from the older account by performing the following steps:
1 | Open the Subfolder section of the Client Document. | |
2 | Select the checkbox next to the subfolder you wish to remove and click Remove | |
3 | The document is now present only in the newer account, as shown in Figure 10. |
