An AngularJS HTML template with the following variables in its scope:

Name Type	Return type	Description
`viewModel`	`(FieldViewModel)`	an internal Docupace Start UI object associated with this field
`model`	`(InputModel)`	available only on input fields and field groups, a reference to the fields input model
`$index`	`number`	an index of Rich Text field in the parent Field Group or on the page
