Attention: Please note, going live with production will primarily be processed on Tuesdays and possibly on Thursdays. These are our Hotfix days for moving changes to production.

We have available support teams during these movements to reduce any possible issues. Anything outside these days needs to be coordinated with Ebix/Annuitynet.

1

Confirm each of your carriers accepts DTCC attachments to allow for electronic processing

Warning: Any carriers that DO NOT accept DTCC attachments will have to be sent documents by mail or fax.

Tip: Carriers can contact DTCC to enable these types of attachments.

2

Contact each carrier and confirm that all firm-specific products are added to the AnnuityNet platform.

Note: There are NO pre-packaged products. The products available to each firm vary based on pre-arranged selling agreements, so each carrier must add the specific products that are necessary for your organization to complete business.

3

Set up a plan to receive new product updates from each carrier.

Attention: Since each selling agreement is made on an individual basis between the firm and the carrier, Docupace CANNOT inform you of any new products.

4

Confirm with each carrier that esign eligible products are correctly tagged.

Tip: This is done by applying tags to each form through the Product Profile for Annuities (PPfA).

5

Confirm whether or not your firm has a DTCC relationship that includes annuity processing.

Attention: If your firm has a DTCC relationship that includes annuity processing, you MUST use that DTCC number for submitting and your associated firm ID.

Note: If your firm does NOT have a DTCC relationship that includes annuity processing, Docupace will use the Ebix DTCC number for submitting and the associated firm ID.

6

Confirm whether or not the back office should have access to the Transaction Detail Report (TDR).

Note: The Transaction Detail Report is a summary of all the data entered and collected in the AnnuityNet wizard by the user and is a useful operational research tool. It is a separate document that is created by AnnuityNet and available as an optional document to add to the work item.

Warning: It contains the Agents SSN, among other personally identifiable data (PII) data so it is important that it be controlled properly.
