The process documents follow from start to finish in Docupace. There are different workflows defined for each company, depending on the internal processes it follows. Workflows will differ, depending of the type of documents that must be processed, e.g., Client Activity, Ad Review, Advisor Onboarding, etc. At each step of the workflow (called Queue or Task) documents may be collected into pools and then processed by the assigned user of the Docupace system.
