Overview
The AnnuityNet Platform provides detailed reporting for transactions. All reports are available on demand through the AnnuityNet4 Platform Web site from the Status of Business page. Users will be restricted to viewing only those reports and information that are associated with the business unit and functional roles. The report offering will include both the optional Compliance Monitoring Reports, and standard Operational and Management Reports.
Note
Reports run on AnnuityNet4 will only pull up transaction data entered on AN4. Historical data entered on the older version of AnnuityNet will not be migrated over to AN4 and thus will not be included on reports generated on AN4. Distributor clients can access the historical data by logging into the reporting tool for the older version of AnnuityNet. Please contact your EbixExchange Project Manager for access to the old AnnuityNet reports
Accessing Reports
Distributor partners may configure report access by user class. The available reports will display to the left. By hovering over a report name, a description will display to the right.
Running the report
1 | Upon selecting the report that is needed, the report parameters will display. Input the parameters and click generate. |

2 | Once the report is run, option exist for the user to download and export it to excel or a csv file. |
Operational Reports
This set of reports is generated for all users across the Platform, including back office and branch/business unit level users. Reports are available to users based on user class and their position in the distributor's hierarchy. Additional reports may be available on your AnnuityNet4 Platform; however, this represents the list of core Operational Reports.
Managing Products
Product Activation
Distributors can activate products from the Product Activation screen.
Product Restrictions Screens
Distributor delta restrictions can be set from the Product Restrictions screens.
