Using Redtail and Docupace

Main Page
From any page in Redtail, you can access your Docupace system by selecting the Integrations button (1) in the upper right corner, and then selecting the Docupace (2).
Integrations
The three options are available:
Single Sign On
Send To Client Folder
Send To Quick Start
Note: If you are not within a contact window you will only have Single Sign On as an option.
Integration options
Single Sign On
Select the Single Sign On option.
You will be redirected to your main Docupace dashboard within a new browser page. You can Single Sign On from here, without choosing a specific client, if you want to go to the Docupace Dashboard.

Send To Client Folder
Open the client first in Redtail (Viktors Vaits in the example), and select the Send To Client Folder option.
Contact
You will be redirected to the Starting Point Dashboard within the selected client’s Folder/Subfolder page.

Send To Quick Start
To send the Redtail contact to Quick Start, open the client in Redtail, then select the Send To Quick Start option.
You will be redirected to the Quick Start Dashboard.
