Client Activity (ePacs) Tab
The work items that a user has access to are present under different tabs within the My Tasks section.
Within Client Activity, you can see the current process status of your work items.
Example: the following image shows a work item with Pending Advisor Review status. In this example, by clicking on the Pending Advisor Review queue, you can see the Pending Advisor Review work items.
Click on any other status in the queue to see the respective work item(s). There are many different queues that are configurable by your Broker-Dealer. (see queues guide for more information)
Some Common Queues
Note: Please note the queue names may differ on your site.
Queue | Description |

Pending Advisor Review | Work Items that have been created but not processed |
Advisor Pend | Work Items sent to pend |
Pending Original Client Signature | Work Items awaiting scanned wet-signature paperwork |
Client Signature Pending eSign | Work Items that have been sent out for electronic signature |
Advisor Field NIGO | Work Items sent back by the Back Office |
Mailroom Tab
The Mailroom displays any open items assigned to you that you must resolve or update; thereby acting as a virtual inbox. For example, indexing a document that you have uploaded into the system but haven’t assigned to a client yet.
