Start by installing the integration package.

Warning: Installing the Docupace integration package will make SSN (Social Security Number) field mandatory for all Salesforce Accounts and Contacts, even those that will not have a corresponding record in the Docupace system.

Tip

Tip: The installation may take 2 to 10 minutes and is progressing on the server-side. You will receive an email notification when the process is complete. You do not need to keep the window open. While you wait, you may proceed with other steps while.

Install the Docupace unmanaged Salesforce package.

When the process is complete, an installation confirmation message appears. Click Done.

The Installed packages section of the Salesforce Setup is automatically opened. You can see the Docupace package at the top of the list.
