In Salesforce Lightning open the Setup section.

Go to the Object Manager, open in turn Account and then Contact objects Account object,and remove all Docupace items that have been added manually to Page Layouts, such as buttons and apps. Perform steps as described in Part 6: Adding Menu Items and Widgets to Salesforce, but remove elements instead of adding them.

Note

Warning: All Docupace items must be removed from Page Layouts, otherwise the uninstall process will throw errors and will not be able to complete.

Go to Platform Tools > Apps > Packaging > Installed packages. The list of installed Salesforce integrations is opened.

Scroll down to find the DocupaceAppOAthCustom package. Click the Unistall link next to the package name. The screen with the list of all components that will be uninstalled opens.

Scroll down to the bottom of the page. Select the radio button:

  • Do not save a copy of this package's data after uninstall

Note: A confirmation dialog may appear with the message:

All data in this package will be permanently deleted on uninstall. Are you sure you want to proceed?

Click Yes.

Click the confirmation checkbox:

  • Yes, I want to uninstall this package and permanently delete all associated components

Click the Unistall button. This completes the uninstall process. The DocupaceAppOAthCustom package is removed from the Installed Packages list.

You can check that the uninstall was successful by returning to Object Manager as described in Part 6: Adding Menu Items and Widgets to Salesforce and opening an Account object and its Page Layout. You will see that there are no more Docupace elements available there.

Note: Please note that after uninstalling the Docupace integration package the SSN (Social Security Number) field will no longer be mandatory for all Salesforce Accounts and Contacts
