You may need to uninstall the integration unmanaged package if you have unintentionally installed Docupace integration unintentionally it on the wrong Salesforce .com siteinstance, or if you have installed an older need to upgrade an existing version and wish to replace it with a new one.
Follow these steps to uninstall the integration Docupace’s unmanaged package.

In Salesforce Lightning open the Setup section.
Go to the Object Manager, open Account object,and remove all Docupace items that have been added manually to Page Layouts, such as buttons and apps. Next, confirm all Docupace buttons and apps have also been removed from the Person Account object. Perform steps as described in Adding Menu Items and Apps to Salesforce Lightning, but remove elements instead of adding them. note
Go to Platform Tools > Apps > Packaging > Installed packages. The list of installed Salesforce integrations is opened.
Scroll down to find a name that contains ‘Docupace’ in the DocupaceAppOAthCustom packagePackage Name column (i.e. DocupaceAppOAthCustom). Click the Unistall Uninstall link next to the package name. The screen with the list of all components that will be uninstalled opens.
Scroll down to the bottom of the page. Select the radio button:
Note: A confirmation dialog may appear with the message: All data in this package will be permanently deleted on uninstall. Are you sure you want to proceed? Click Yes. Click the confirmation checkbox:
Click the Unistall button. This completes the uninstall process. The DocupaceAppOAthCustom package is removed from the Installed Packages list.
You can check that the uninstall was successful by returning to Object Manager as described in Adding Menu Items and Apps to Salesforce Lightning and opening an Account object and its Page Layout. You will see that there are no more Docupace elements available there. |
