View your username in Salesforce. Check this by opening your user Settings section.  The window with My Personal Information opens. Locate the Username, select it, and copy it.  Log into your Docupace site. Proceed to the Administration menu > List Domains. Open the User Access (300) domain. Search for your user account and open account Details.  Go to the Alias User Name section. Click +Add. The new alias window opens.  Paste the username from Salesforce and click Save. You are returned to the User Access Details page. The new alias appears in the Alias User Names list.  Click Save and Close to exit the Details screen. |
