To perform skill-based Advanced Task Assignment filtering, launch to the Skills Get From Pool Assignments domain:

Adding Skills for Work Item
Skill-based filtering aims to assign the appropriate Work Items (WIs) to the right users with the proper Get From Pool Assignments domain: Type “Get From Pool” into the Name search bar and press enter. Launch the Get from Pool Assignments (690) domain.

Adding New Get From Pool Assignment Record for a Work Item (WI)
Advanced task assignment aims to assign work items to users who have the appropriate skills. Thus, users can accomplish all the assigned WIs regarding the service-level agreement (SLA).
To add new skills:

In Task Times, provide the preferred information based on SLA. From Skill Rarity, select one of the following options: Unique, Rare, Uncommon, or Common. In Task Due, Task Lead Time, and Task Due Expedited, provide the preferred time requirements based on SLA.
