Advanced task assignment aims to assign the appropriate Work Items (WIs) to the appropriate users with the proper work items to users who have the appropriate skills. Thus, users can accomplish all the assigned WIs regarding the service-level agreement (SLA).

To add new skills:

Navigate to Administration > List Domains > Get From Pool Assignments domain, and then click New Get From Pool Assignments.
