Advanced task assignment aims to assign work items to users who have the appropriate Work Items (WIs) to the right users with proper skills. Thus, users can accomplish all the assigned WIs regarding a the service-level agreement (SLA).

Navigate to Administration > List Domains > Get From Pool Assignments domain, and then click New Get From Pool Assignments.

  3. To save the request type, in the upper-right corner, click Save.
