Incomplete Transaction

If the account When a Work Item is AnnuityNet eligible, click the Launch Annuitynet button that appears on AnnuityNet button is displayed in the Pending Advisor Review panel at the top left of the Work Item Details screen.

Note: The button changes to Relaunch Annuitynet AnnuityNet if you close the work item wizard and return to it later.

The information you entered while in Starting Point will auto-populate the AnnuityNet Wizardwizard.

Submitted Transaction

Once you submit a transaction has been submitted, the button will disappearis no longer displayed. If you try to access the transaction by other means (such as your browser history), you will receive the following an error message (view the screenshot on the right).

Note

Important: You must first reset the transaction by clicking the Reset AnnuityNet button. This voids the documents created previously and allows you to make revisions to the transaction as needed.
