Incomplete Transaction

If the account is AnnuityNet eligible, click the Launch Annuitynet button that appears on the Work Item Details screen.

Note: The button changes to Relaunch Annuitynet if you close the work item and return to it later.

The information you entered while in Starting Point will auto-populate the AnnuityNet Wizard.

Submitted Transaction

Once a transaction has been submitted, the button will disappear. If you try to access the transaction by other means, you will receive the following error message.

You must first reset the transaction by clicking the Reset AnnuityNet button. This voids the documents created previously and allows you to make revisions to the transaction as needed.
