Launching the Wizard

Incomplete Transaction

 

When a Work Item is AnnuityNet eligible, the Launch AnnuityNet button is displayed in the Pending Advisor Review panel at the top left of the Work Item Details screen.

Note: The button changes to Relaunch AnnuityNet if you close the wizard and return to it later.

Attention: If a non-Processor user attempts to launch AnnuityNet, they will receive an error.

 

 

The information you entered while in Starting Point will auto-populate the AnnuityNet wizard.

 

Submitted Transaction

 

Once you submit a transaction, the button is no longer displayed. If you try to access the transaction by other means (such as your browser history), you will receive an error message (view the screenshot on the right).

 

Important: You must first reset the transaction by clicking the Reset AnnuityNet button. This voids the documents created previously and allows you to make revisions to the transaction as needed.
