The Wizard will take you through the transaction step by step. If you click next and are missing any required items, the Wizard will display warnings. Click Proceed Anyway to continue to the next screen.

The Wizard will not allow you to submit a transaction until every section is complete and validated. A red X will appear in the navigation bar for any incomplete sections. Completed sections have a green check mark next to them in the navigation bar.
