Troubleshooting

When launching the AnnuityNet wizard, some users experience an error (view screenshot on the right). This error is related to Samesite cookies in your browser. You can prevent this issue in Chrome and Microsoft Edge by the following steps:

Go to chrome://flags/#same-site-by-default-cookies
Set the SameSite by default cookies dropdown to Disabled.

Treat cookies that don't specify a SameSite attribute as if they were SameSite equals Lax. Sites must specify SameSite equals None in order to enable third-party usage. Mac, Windows, Linux, Chrome OS, Android

3. Click Relaunch.
