Important! If you are upgrading to a newer version, you must uninstall the previous integration package according to the steps in Uninstalling the Docupace Unmanaged Package from Salesforce.

Here are the steps for installing the integration package.

Tip
Tip: The installation may take 2 to 10 minutes and is progressing on the server-side. You will receive an email notification when the process is complete. You do not need to keep the window open. While you wait, you may proceed with other steps.

Install the Docupace unmanaged Salesforce package.

Note: You may be asked to log in to your Salesforce account if you do not already have it open.

Warning: If you are using a test environment (Sandbox) in Salesforce, add the following to the end of your site URL:

Select Install for All option and click Install. The system displays the Installation progress.

While waiting to install, you can click to View Components that are being installed.

When the process is complete, an installation confirmation message appears. Click Done.

The Installed packages section of the Salesforce Setup is automatically opened. You can see the Docupace package at the top of the list.

Integration Installed: Once the package is installed, you can proceed to the next stage - Confirming Successful Docupace Update.
