When launching the AnnuityNet wizard, some users experience an error (view screenshot on the right). This error is related to Samesite cookies in your browser. You can prevent this issue in Chrome and Microsoft Edge by the following steps:

  2. Set the SameSite by default cookies dropdown to Disabled.
