Key Innovations to the Docupace System

This section tells about major improvements to the Docupace System.

TRACKR

Reference #: R1_2022_KEY1

Change:  The TRACKR app allows you to track disclosures and recommendations provided to clients and prospects.

Benefit: It is much easier to keep track of conversations with clients and determine when disclosures must be resent.

Description: The TRACKER app is a dynamic wizard-based experience. You can track conversations with new or existing clients and prospects. The on-screen options and fields change based on your selections.

Advisor Transition Dashboard

Reference #: R1_2022_KEY2

Change: The Advisor Transition Dashboard allows advisors to see the status of work items. Only work items that are part of the transition process are visible.

Benefit: Users can easily track the transfer progress.

Description: The Advisor Transition Dashboard displays graphical representations and lists of work items. These graphics are dynamic and change based on your selections and the movement of items through the workflow.

Work Item Status

Reference #: R1_2022_KEY3

Change: The Work Item Status app displays a list of Work Items and documents associated with a CRM contact.

Benefit: With five clicks, users can quickly identify the status of all Work Items associated with a CRM contact. Users can also open documents and Work Items.

Description: Only certain CRMs, such as Redtail, can send contact information to the Work Item Status app. Without selecting a contact, you will not see the app in the Quickstart menu.

SIGNiX CIP

Reference #: R1_2022_KEY4

Change:  Updated SIGNiX CIP action looks at CIP namespace when configuring the XML file.

Benefit: Updated SIGNiX CIP action now can be used in sites with both old and new namespaces.

Description: Previous Java action “Do SiGNIX OFAC Verification dynamic prefixes” had hardcoded BASE mappings. Therefore different versions of code should be used for old and new namespaces. User had to choose one or another manually. The new version uses separate SIGNIX XML for each party. Each XML contains different response to map based on CIP to the BASE, and BASE to ARI mappings.

Orange Arrows

Reference #: R1_2022_KEY5

Change: Added Orange Arrows to the signature line of forms. These arrows can disconnect the signature field from the rest of the form.

Benefit: Orange Arrows allow users to change the signer to an authorized individual without changing the owner details elsewhere on the form. This allows users to easily complete forms shared between individuals and entities.

Description: Orange Arrows disconnect a signature field from the rest of the form. This allows you to change the individual (ie. Authorized Individual) assigned to a signature field without changing the owner information elsewhere in the document. You can use the Orange Arrows to autopopulate the signature field or you can fill in the field manually.

Work Item Details Header

Change:  Added a new Application preference that shows the client or company name in the header.

Benefit: It is easier for users to identify the client or company linked to the Work Item.

Description: The header on the Work Item's Details screen displays additional client/company information.

NFS Token Auto-Refresh

Reference #: R1_2022_KEY7

Change:  Tokens refresh automatically as long as the user is within the 90-day refresh period.

Benefit: Users no longer have to manually refresh their token every hour.

Description: After initializing an NFS token, users will not need to manually refresh for 90 days. Instead, the system will automatically refresh the token whenever users presses the Open Account action. If a user's token has expired, the system will display an error message
