Log into the Aut0 dashboard.
Search for Tenant (site).
Click DEVELOPMENT (1) on the Main menu.
Click Switch tenant (2) from the dropdown.
Select site docupace-preprod-financialtest2 from the list.
Notes: Alternatively, enter the site name docupace-preprod-financialtest2 and click <Enter>.
Search for a User.
Expand User Management section and click Users (1) from the left-side menu.
Enter the user name (2) and click <Enter>.
Note: Alternatively, you can select the search option from the dropdown first, enter the search parameter, and click <Enter>.
Find the desired user from the list and click on their name.
On the User screen click on the History tab.
Find the required Event and click on it.
The Details section will display the logs needed for Engineering. They can be copied and sent to Docupace support as needed.
Audience: Docupace Client Admin (BD Admin Users)
Functionality: Instructions on how to pull logs for Docupace issues.
