Admin

Account Monitor

Improved the layout and formatting of the Account Monitor user interface:

  • Value Detail window

  • Owner Selection window

  • Edit Positions window in the Attributes tab

  • Transaction Monitor Reassign Approver window

Asynchronous Monitor

Resolved an issue that caused the Status flag update process to fail in the Asynchronous Monitor when filtering results by Product Category. This change required an update to the script running in the background.

Commissions Console

Enhanced the layout and formatting of the Commissions Console user interface for better user experience.

Contact Maintenance

Improved the layout and formatting of the Contact Maintenance user interface:

  • Contact Search window

  • Contact Detail window

  • Company Type tab

  • Privacy Setup tab

  • Country tab

  • Event Type tab

Contact Manager

Resolved an issue that prevented the Contact Manager table from displaying data when the Available Assets column was added through the Column Selector.

Employee Details

Admins can now check a box to disable a user’s ability to log in with a User ID and password, enforcing access to the system exclusively through SSO.

Employee Manager

Improved the layout and formatting of the Employee Manager and Employee Details window user interfaces for better usability.

Added a new validation to the Employee Manager to prevent users from creating duplicate entries with the same Employee Number.

Importer

Resolved an issue that prevented the AccountProject client-side importer from loading Date and String values.

The importer now supports Interactive Brokers as a data source.

Removed the unnecessary Balance column from the client-side loader to reduce confusion. Balances are calculated using the sum of positions on the account.

Location Manager

Corrected field sizes and UI layout in the Locations > Locations Hierarchy > User Defined tab.

Product Manager

Improved the layout and formatting of the Product Manager > Provider Group tab and Edit Product window user interfaces for better usability.

Providers not associated with a group in the jCore Admin Product Manager Setup window are now automatically linked to all available groups, making them accessible in the Provider Group dropdown.

Security Manager

Resolved an issue that caused some hidden trade records to be displayed to users who should have been excluded based on the Security Detail > Dynamic Privileges tab.

Transaction Monitor

Resolved an issue that caused the Trail Update Importer to modify posted trail records after updating a Recurring Revenue Rep ID.

Resolved issues that caused the Commission Auto-generation panel to display incorrect pay period types and prevented it from displaying the next scheduled run.

Resolved an issue in the Transaction Monitor where results were not retrieved when filtering by Product Name if the search term contained a space.

Resolved an issue that prevented an error message from displaying to users when trying to change the Approver of an already approved transaction in the Transaction Monitor.

Users can now filter by Revenue Type in the Trades and Recurring Revenue tab of Transaction Monitor.

Added new columns to the Transactions tab of Transaction Monitor to assist in generating letters. Users can enable these columns via the Column Selector.

Commissions

Commissions Console

Enhanced the layout and formatting of the Commissions Console user interface for better user experience.

Commissions Team Members can now configure multiple overnight regenerations and specify parallelization levels, enabling faster overnight processing.

Updated the logic in the Commissions Console to exclude trades and recurring revenue with zero commissions. The system now displays Advisory Fee records with a $0 Allocated Amount but a non-zero Payout.

Resolved an issue in the Commissions Console that caused the Period Type dropdown to display descriptions instead of the corresponding values.

Credit Event Monitor

Resolved an issue that caused the system to incorrectly calculate future pay periods after updating Team Split percentages.

The Credit Event Monitor now has two new columns, Account Sub Type and Qualified. Users can enable these columns via the Column Selector.

Lookup Table Monitor

Resolved an issue that prevented the Ignore option from appearing in the License Type field dropdown in the Commission License Requirement Grid. This issue also hindered users from importing CSV files with this field set to Ignore.

Team Monitor

Updated the system to split adjustments based on the percentages specified in the Team Monitor. If no splits exist in the Team Monitor, the system calculates adjustments based on the split rates in the Commission Team Ratio Grid.

Compliance

Alert Monitor

Added the Security Price to the Employee Trading alert, enabling users to review results quickly and ensure that clients receive a price equal to or better than the Employee Trade price.

The Employee Frequency alert type now displays the value that triggered the alert in the Alert Result column. The type of trigger is listed in the Audit Monitor. There are three triggers for the Employee Frequency alert:

  • Number of trades (208)

  • $ amount of combined trades ($994,331.75 >= $20.00)

  • Percent of AUM for Rep ($994,331.75 / $6,076,126.52 = 16.36%)

Added a new tab to the Alert Detail window that lists all Account notes linked to the Alert. This tab provides a history of prior account alert approvals to reviewers.

Added a validation for the Suppression Days field in the Alert Values > Alert Value Detail window, requiring users to enter values between 1 and 1000. This prevents illogical settings, such as negative numbers.

Created a new alert type that triggers when a client address matches an employee address. The Employee Address Match alert addresses the regulatory requirement to monitor instances of representatives rerouting client statements to their offices or homes.

Added Suppression Days to alert values, allowing Compliance Team members to specify different alert suppression intervals for individual rows in a single alert type table.

Reporting

Account Monitor

Fixed a bug causing a mismatch of Account Monitor record counts between jPass and jCore.

Resolved an issue with the 'View Employee Accounts’ privilege in the Security Manager that allowed users to see results in the filter that they should not have been able to access.

Resolved an issue that prevented the Account Monitor report outputs from including accounts associated with terminated representatives.

Added a Notes History tab on the Account Monitor > Account Detail to display Alert Notes.

Updated the initialization script to automatically enable the Add Document button for the Account Monitor.

Resolved an issue with address handling for AXA/Equitable accounts in the FFS system.

Company Detail

Resolved an issue that hindered the correct import of information from NFSC data files.

Sales

Event History

Resolved an issue that caused the Data Type dropdown in the Sales > Event History feature to list Event Date multiple times.

Position Monitor

Resolved an issue that caused a data mismatch between the Price column in the Position Monitor and Position History windows in jCore.

Note: This issue only affected Annuities.

Revised the formula used to calculate the price change in Position Monitor > Account Detail. Previously, the system displayed a change in position value instead of price.

Task Detail

Users can now specify valid Topics and Subtopics in the workflow XML specifications. This enhancement simplifies the definition process and enables seamless transitions between different workflows.

Trades and Recurring Revenue

Resolved an issue that prevented the Trades and Recurring Revenue table from displaying results when a user added a column unrelated to Recurring Revenue (such as Attached Alerts) using the Column Selector.

Transaction Monitor

Resized the UI layout to display the Search button in the Transaction Monitor > Reassign Approver window.

Resolved an issue that caused the Orders tab to display no results when filtering by Advisory Fees.

DATA

Removed the unused DATA tab from the Advisor Portal.

My Profile

Documents

Enhanced the layout and formatting of the jPass > My Profile > Documents user interface for better usability.

Resolved an issue that caused an infinite loading screen when users attempted to upload documents in jPass > My Profile section.

My Profile

Resized the License Provider dropdown in jPass > My Profile.

Sales

Account

Fixed broken hyperlinks on the Sales > Account page in jPass.

Calendar

Improved the layout and formatting of the Calendar user interface:

  • Add Event

Resolved an issue with a Stored XSS vulnerability in the Calendar's Notes text field.

Contact

Improved the layout and formatting of the jPass > Sales > Contact and New Contact user interfaces for better usability.

Removed the Add Notes and Edit Notes buttons for new Contacts in the Sales > Contacts section for all users.

Events

Corrected the number of table records displayed in jPass > Sales > Events to align with the value specified in the Show per Page field.

Positions

Resolved an issue in jPass > Sales > Positions that allowed users to filter by the secondary owner using the Owner Name field, even though the results table only displayed the primary owner’s name.

Resolved an issue in the jPass Positions window that prevented search results from matching the search criteria.

Resolved an issue that caused columns (such as Quantity, Gain, etc.) to display as empty after deletion.

Sales

Improved the layout and formatting of the jPass > Sales module user interface:
