Go to Retrieve-> Client to access the list of client folders, sub-folders, and documents.

Select the folder or sub-folder that contains the document you want to re-index. Click on the row to open the client sub-folder.

Tip

You can also find a specific folder by using the search parameters on the left. Figure 2 shows the search results based on the account number.

Scroll down to the Client Document section. Click on the pencil icon to open the Details form of the document.

Click on the arrow icon next to the Details form. Select Subfolder from the pop-up window that appears. The number next to the Subfolder option indicates how many subfolders the specific document is associated with.

Tip

You can also find a specific folder by using the search parameters on the left. Figure 2 shows the search results based on the account number.

As shown in the image to the right, the Subfolder section displays the existing account the client document is associated with. Click the Add button in the Subfolder section to add another sub-folder.

Select the subfolder you would like to place the current document into.

Tip

To create a subfolder for a client that doesn’t exist yet, click the Create New button. Fill out all the required fields in the new subfolder form. Ensure that you associate a Rep to the subfolder.

The new subfolder is added to the Subfolder section.The number next to the Subfolder option is also updated. Click on the Save and Close button to save the changes and close the Client Documents window.

At this stage, the client document is present in two subfolders, as shown in the image to the right.
