Widgets View

The Widgets view consists of:

Section of the view	Location
Widget Search Fields	In the left pane of the view
Widgets Table Columns	In the right pane
Actions (buttons)	Above the Widgets table

Widget Search Fields

A drop-down list of default and custom filters and reports is above the search fields. Selecting a custom report from this list will change the search fields and the table columns in the view below.
To search all widgets, enter values in one or several search fields and click Search.
To restart the search, click Clear.

For text fields the search options are:

contains
is
begins with
ends with
is empty
not empty

For multiple selection fields the search options are:

is one of
is empty
is not empty

The following search fields are shown by default:

Search Field	Description

Search Field	Description
Name	The internal name of the widget.
Version	A version of the widget as manually specified in the Version field.
Creation User Id	The user that created the widget.
Status	Status Approved or Not approved as manually specified in the Status field.
Approved By	This field is currently not used by the system.
Image Update Date	Date and time interval when the widget has been modified last.
Last Modification User Id	The user that has modified the widget last.
Widget Title	Title of the widget name that is displayed to the users.

Widgets Table Columns

Selecting a custom report from the dropdown list in the left top corner will change the table columns in the Widgets View.
The following search fields are shown by default:

Table Column	Description
Name	The internal name of the widget.
Version	A version of the widget as manually specified in the Version field.
Description	Extended description of the widget and its purpose.
Creation User Id	The user that created the widget.
Status	Status Approved or Not approved as manually specified in the Status field.
Creation Date/Time	Date and time when the widget was created.
Approved By	This field is currently not used by the system.
Image Update Date	Date and time when the widget has been modified last. Note: If the widget is deployed together with the Docupace Product version, this will show the date and time of the last deployment on this site.
Last Modification User Id	The user that has modified the widget last.
Widget Title	Title of the widget name that is displayed to the users.

Actions in Widgets View

The following actions can be performed in Widgets View:

Action	Description

Action	Description
New Widget	Creates a new widget. A new Widget Details window is opened.
Export (XLS) – Current Fields (XLS) – All Fields	Exports the list of selected widgets and values in the respective fields. Note. The actual content of the widgets (JSON code) is not exported.
Customize Report	Opens the Report Builder, which allows to change the search fields and the table columns in the Widgets View.
Show number of entries	A drop-down in the top right corner of the screen allows to list 10, 15, 25, 50, or 100 entries on one screen at a time.
Showing 1 to 15 Previous & Next	Navigation buttons at the bottom right corner of the screen scroll to the previous or next entries in the table.
