Open Retention > Shredding Batches. This opens domain 262.

Locate the batch you wish to shred permanently and click to open it.

Tip: You can sort by Creation Date to locate the latest batches.

Click on the batch name to open the Shredding Batch Details.

Change the status to Approved and click Save and Close.

Important: After saving, you cannot change the status back to In Review.

The system will shred the documents in 24 hours and change the batch status to Closed.

Important! Once the system shreds the documents, they cannot be recovered.

In 24 hours, check that the batch was successfully shredded.

Error! If some documents cannot be deleted for technical reasons, the system will change the batch status to Error. You must review the batch to check what has prevented the shredding process.
