Fixing the Wet-Signed NIGO Work Items

You will be notified of NIGOs in two ways:
You will receive an email notifying that the Work Item has been NIGO’d and you will need to access Docupace in order to rectify it.
If the NIGO Work Items exist, then upon logging into Docupace, the NIGO queues will be visible under the My Tasks column.
To fix the NIGO documents and prepare them for wet-signing, perform the following steps:
