Step 1: Add a Separator

Add a Separator that will separate buttons from the rest of the fields on the page

Fill out settings as follows:

Step 2: Add Two Action Buttons to the Page

One of them will allow the user to return to the previous screen and re-start the submission process. The other button will move to the next page, which will be a special page that creates the Work Item with relevant data and then open the next screen for uploading documents.

Note: This button will return the user to the first page with the tile of eSubmit Request button.
