The Administration page is used to manage various aspects of the user experience. The options on this page are configured based on your user role.
Click… | To… |

Data Dictionary | Search for records based on domain and attribute parameters as search criteria: For example: Domain ID, Attribute ID, Reference Domain, and so on. You can also search based on whether the records have read, write, or edit permissions. |
List Domains | Search for the data tables in the system based on Domain ID and Name. Tip: You can use this option to manage the drop-down list of values. |
Tools | Manage cache, generate tokens, perform some basic system tests and debugging, and access REST APIs. Reports Run the standard set of reports available in Docupace. Tip: Refer to the ePACS Standard Report – User Guide V 1.0 for more information on the standard reports. |
File Uploaders | Manage upload functionality such as – access Direct File Uploader and run file upload installers. Security Manage user and system security. For example – manage user access rights by assigning users to certain groups. |
Barcodes | Produce specific barcodes on the coversheets (also called separator sheets). Note: This includes both the Document and Work Item separator sheets. |
User Sessions | Search for records based on user session details such as the logged-in time, session ID, remote address, and so on. |
