Introduction: This guide explains what changes you will experience in Wealthbox when you have the Wealthbox integration enabled.
Send to Starting Point or Quick Start
By sending Contact data to Starting Point, users can create new Docupace Work Items directly from Wealthbox.
Note: Newer versions of Docupace may have the Quick Start wizard set up to be used instead of the Starting Point.
Send to Client Folder
When sending Contact data from Wealthbox, the Docupace system will create a new Client Folder unless:
A Client Folder with the same SSN already exists in Docupace.
Wealthbox has already sent the client to Docupace on a previous occasion.
In these cases, the system will update the existing Docupace Client Folder with information from Wealthbox.
