All notes in this section relate to new features.

Firm Transition Assistant Dashboard

Reference #: R1_2022_KEY2

Change: The Firm TA Dashboard app allows a firm to view the status of Work Items related to an advisor's transition to or from the organization.

Benefit: Users can easily track the transfer progress.

The app allows users to view the number of accounts by Workflow status. Users can see results for all reps or for a specific rep.

Rep Transition Assistant Dashboard

Change: The Rep TA Dashboard app allows a financial professional to view detailed information about work items related to their transition to or from a particular firm.

Benefit: Users can easily track the transfer progress.

Users can view the current status and task of Work Items associated with their transition. Users can also open Work Items directly from the app.

eSubmit 2.0 app

Reference #: R1_2022_KEY

Change: The eSubmit 2.0 app gives the Advisor a simplified way to submit business to the back office by client searching capability along with any applicable notes.

Benefits:

  • Client Search functionality

  • Advisors ability to add notes

The app is used to easily create a new Work Item and to quickly upload filled-out forms and other scanned relevant documents (such as checks) for a new account. The documents are then indexed, organized, and processed by the back-office employees.


TRACKR

Reference #: R1_2022_KEY1

Change:  The TRACKR app allows you to send disclosures and document the recommendations you provide to clients and prospects.

Benefit: It is much easier to provide disclosures and keep track of the recommendations you make to clients and prospects.

The TRACKER app is a dynamic wizard-based experience. You can document recommendations to new or existing clients and prospects. The on-screen options and fields change based on your selections. The app also enables you to provide any required disclosures.

Work Item Status App

Reference #: R1_2022_KEY3

Change: The Work Item Status app displays a list of Work Items and documents associated with a CRM contact.

Benefit: Users can quickly review all Work Items/Documents related to a selected CRM contact.

Only certain CRMs, such as Redtail and Wealthbox, can send contact information to the Work Item Status app. The Work Item Status app displays a list of Work Items filtered by Status. Selecting a Work Item displays a list of attached documents. Users can then choose to open the Work Item or one of its documents.

Note: Without selecting a contact, you will not see the app in the Quickstart menu.

Improvements

SIGNiX CIP

Reference #: R1_2022_KEY4

Change:  Updated SIGNiX CIP action looks at the CIP namespace when configuring the XML file.

Benefit: Updated SIGNiX CIP action now can be used in sites with both old and new namespaces.

The previous Java action, “Do SiGNIX OFAC Verification dynamic prefixes” had hardcoded BASE mappings. Therefore, different versions of code had to be used based on the namespaces in a site. Users had to choose an option manually. The new version uses separate SIGNIX XML for each party. Each XML contains a different response based on the CIP-to-BASE and BASE-to-ARI mappings.

Work Item Details Header

Change:  Added a new application preference that shows the client or company name in the header while reviewing the Work Item Details.

Benefit: It is easier for users to identify the client or company linked to the Work Item.

The header on the Work Item's Details screen displays additional client/company information.

NFS Token Auto-Refresh

Reference #: R1_2022_KEY7

Change:  Tokens refresh automatically as long as the user is within the 90-day refresh period.

Benefit: Users no longer have to manually refresh their token every hour.

After initializing an NFS token, users will not need to refresh for 90 days manually. Instead, the system will automatically refresh the token whenever users attempt the Open Account action. If a user's token has expired, the system will display an error message.

Change:  Resolved an issue where client folders were incorrectly updated after creating related Work Items through the Tracker BI app.

Docupace Administration

This section shares information about changes to features used by Docupace administrators, such as domains, configuration settings, changes to integrations with other systems, or improvements to core functionality.

New Features

Qualification Domain

Reference #: R1_2022_DA1

Change: Added a new domain called the Qualification domain as a reference for a new attribute in the registration type domain.

Benefit: This feature helps the user distinguish between qualified and unqualified registration type.

The Qualification attribute allows users to categorize a registration type as Qualified or Non-Qualified. You can use the attribute in validations or for additional filtering in DSP apps.

Integrations

Improved Features

Redtail

Change:  Added a dropdown to the Send to Docupace window that allows users to send the contact to Quick Start.

Benefit: Sending a contact to Quick Start preselects the client and enables users to see information about that contact through apps such as Work Item Status.

Reference #: R1_2022_INT1

Change:  SIGNiX has a new authentication method that allows SMS verification without needing a password.

Benefit: The verification process is now faster and more convenient, while maintaining security.

Change: Resolved issue with Pershing SOAP API security change.


SIGNiX

Change: Resolved an issue where users could not send a document to SigniX because the associated zip code was longer than 5 digits.

Change: Resolved issue when Combine & Print button within Work Item client documents appeared in all Work Item statuses, not just when the Work Item had a Transition Complete status.

Change: Resolved an issue where users were unable to upload files of a certain size in the Direct File Uploader.

Change: Resolved an issue where some users were unable to cycle between documents on the Work Item Details screen when the Work Item had more than 10 documents.

Reference #: R1_2022_UE4

Change: Resolved an issue where a user got an error message For input string: "" on Work Item Details or Creation pages and didn't see the Reject Reason Codes table when creating a new Work Item.

Change: Resolved an issue where the “Task must be assigned before processing” error displayed at an incorrect time.
