CIP/OFAC

Reference #: KEY_2022_2

Change:  Docupace allows to run regulatory CIP and OFAC checks in real-time and returns results back for review.

Benefit: Federal regulatory compliance for the financial institutions that use Docupace.

Regulations require financial institutions to verify the identity and integrity of each client. Docupace has included these verification steps into the New Account creation process.
When a financial professional creates a Work Item to register a new account, he must also complete the CIP/OFAC Form. The system compares the provided applicant’s data with various databases. If the verification fails to confirm the applicant’s identity, then it flags the Work Item for additional manual inspection. The system adds comments to unverified or missing data, explaining the reasons for verification failure, for example, SSN not on file, or Driver's License number missing.

Precise FP

Reference #: KEY_2022_4

Change:  Docupace now supports integration with the PreciseFP.

Benefit: PreciseFP is the leading data-gathering solution that also comes equipped with a fully integrated Risk Tolerance and IPS solution, Surveys, Fact Finders, E-signatures, Smart Custodial Form Filling, Service Agreements, Lead Generation, KYC & Compliance and so much more. The Precise FP integration allows users to streamline their data-gathering processes and become more efficient at engaging clients. The Docupace Platform improves efficiency and enhances the experience of advisors and investors. The integration of both systems provides an opportunity to use the advantages of each system at the same time.

The PreciseFP integration allows advisors to streamline their data-gathering processes, and store and retrieve standard documents in Docupace.

Integration with PreciseFP is bi-directional, which means that you can export and import client information. We currently integrate personal, contact, employment, and other information of the client and co-client into Docupace folders.

The system allows storing documents directly in the client folder/subfolder or using Quick Start to create new Work Items and documents.

Other changes that this version includes:

  • SSN/TIN no longer becomes a required field on your Salesforce instance once the integration package is installed.

  • To reduce data traffic, a new Docupace application preference - salesforce.excludeObjects, lists those Salesforce objects, that the system will not query when synchronizing Salesforce objects with Docupace.
