Additional Notes

• All clients and prospects will be imported from / exported to Docupace as prospects.

• First name, Last name and TIN/SSN fields are not updated by the integration. Once these fields have a value in Docupace, they cannot be modified by the export functionality. You will need to update these fields manually when required.

• Docupace converts and stores some values as uppercase (i.e. name, address, etc.). When importing from Docupace, values will be imported into PreciseFP as uppercase.

• If the client’s account contains co-clients, the export procedure is the same. However, as a result Docupace creates a separate Work Item for client and for each co-client.
