X-Ray App

The X-Ray app displays in-depth information about individual Work Items (WIs). It is useful for troubleshooting problems and for understanding where a Work Item has been. When you analyze a Work Item with the X-Ray app, you receive the following information.

  • A summary about when and how it was created, as well as a description of any errors

  • WI Tasks

  • People related to the WI

  • Related Client Folders

  • BASE fields

  • Client Documents

  • Event History

  • Field changes

  • Workflow XML trace

  • Workflow debug

Note: The X-Ray app fully supports Work Items created by the Docupace Start app. Work Items created outside the Docupace Start app are particularly supported.
