Executive Health Dashboard App
Introduction: This guide describes how to use the Executive Health Dashboard app in to review the work done across the entire organization.

Audience: Docupace Administrators (typically BD Admin user role) of companies that use the Docupace system.
Purpose of the app: To help Docupace Administrators track volumes, transactions and status across the entire organization.
The app has three tabs, that display different views of the company activities for the last 30 days. You can also use a drop-down to filter items by Request Category.
All Work Items tab
Summary:
Provides a view of all work items regardless of work item status, from the past 30 calendar days, worked on by any users within the firm. Request Types can be filtered:

Columns:
All | The number of Work Items received within the last 30 calendar days |
Complete | The number of Work Items that have been sent to a Work Item status of 'Complete' within the last 30 calendar days |
Complete % | Percentage of all Work Items that retain a status of 'Complete' within the last 30 calendar days |
NIGO | The number of Work Items that have been sent to a Work Item status of 'NIGO' within the last 30 calendar days |
NIGO % | Percentage of all Work Items that retain a status of 'NIGO' within the last 30 calendar days |
Rejected | The number of Work Items that have been sent to a Work Item status of 'Reject' within the last 30 calendar days |
Rejected % | Percentage of all Work Items that retain a status of 'Reject' within the last 30 calendar days |
Active/Active % | Work Items that are currently in a workflow and retain an active status within the last 30 calendar days |

Summary:
Provides a view of any active work items that are currently present in a workflow, from the last 30 calendar days:

All | The number of Work Items received within the last 30 calendar days |
NIGO | The number of Active Work Items that have been sent to a Work Item status of 'NIGO' within the last 30 calendar days |
NIGO % | Percentage of all Active Work Items that have been sent to a Work Item status of 'NIGO' within the last 30 calendar days |
Unassigned | The number of Active Work Items that are currently not assigned to any user |
Unassigned % | Percentage of all Active Work Items that are currently Unassigned |
Assigned | The number of Active Work Items that are currently Assigned to a user |
Assigned % | Percentage of all Active Work Items that are currently Assigned |
eSign tab
Summary:
Provides a count of all work items within the past 30 calendar days that were submitted to eSign:

eSigned | The number of Work Items received within the last 30 calendar days, submitted to eSign |
eSigned % | Percentage of all Work Items received within the last 30 calendar days, submitted to eSign |
Request Category drop-down
Select a specific Request Category or All (default) to filter the “Request Types” displayed on the Dashboard.
