How to Get the Form Name

To identify the form name, create a work item request and add the forms into that request.

Create a work item request. Select the form containing the field(s) you want to apply a validation(s) too. The form will open in the Docupace HTML 5 viewer. The name of the form will be visible in the work item client documents and on the top of the viewer.
